VTEC Systems, with years of experience in the development and implementation of library management systems, is proud to introduce V-LIB, a complete library management application on the most common and affordable platform - MS Windows. Libraries can make use of the powerful features previously found in mini and mainframe systems at a fraction of the price. The application is made up of eight (8) main modules plus several optional modules and each can be implemented independently. This means that the critical modules such as cataloguing and enquiry can be implemented in the early stages and the others can be added on later. Libraries may choose to have the Windows or the Web version of the modules.
